sterile feeling rude staff

The apartment was different from the advertised photos. It felt sterile, like a hospital room. There was minimal daylight, bare walls, and no homely touches. I noticed excessive dust throughout the flat. The staff's response to my complaints was rude. They refused a refund for the dirty conditions and damaged bedsheets.

washing machine luggage lockers free wifi

the suite terrace had a washing machine i used the apartment included a refrigerator and stovetop i appreciated i also used the free wifi it worked well. there was a supermarket very close this made grocery shopping convenient. luggage lockers are available that was very useful for storing bags after checkout.

the bathroom door had no lock it was a minor inconvenience

The apartment location is great. It allows easy access to major attractions. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were easy.

I noticed a strange smell in the entryway and elevator. I think they should address that.
